• Account and site data if you sign up for our free AI Visibility Audit tool (email, connected domain, and any Google Analytics/Search Console data you choose to connect).
• Basic usage analytics about how visitors use this website.

How we use it

We use contact form submissions to respond to enquiries and, where relevant, follow up about our SEO services. We use AI Visibility Audit account data to provide the tool itself and, with your consent, to inform recommendations we make to you.

Third parties

We use Supabase to store form submissions and account data, and Resend to send email notifications. Where you connect Google Analytics or Search Console, Google processes that data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@sayseo.com.
